How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly on our website or by calling us at +92 308 7251111 for assistance with phone orders.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days after confirmation. If there are any delays due to stock availability, we will notify you promptly.
How will my parcel be delivered?
Your parcel will be delivered via Leopards Courier Services, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Can I have my shoes delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can. Simply choose the option to enter an alternate delivery address during checkout.
What payment methods are available?
We accept the following payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Online payments via MasterCard or Visa
What if I miss the delivery attempt?
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will send a notification to the contact number provided. Undelivered parcels will be returned to us within 24 hours. You can request a re-delivery by calling +92 308 7251111, though a re-delivery fee may apply.
Please contact us within 1 business day if your order hasn’t been received, as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered orders beyond this timeframe.
What are the delivery charges?
A delivery fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below PKR 4000.
Can I request a Saturday delivery?
Yes, we can arrange delivery on Saturdays.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. A tracking ID will be emailed to you. Alternatively, call us at +92 308 7251111 to get your tracking details and track the parcel online.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can modify your order before completing the checkout. If your order is already placed, call +92 308 7251111 to request changes. Note that changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by calling +92 308 7251111 before 1 PM. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Do you store my payment information?
No, Leather Desire does not store your payment information. All payment details are securely processed and not retained for any purpose.
